She's Beauty Panel
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but for many decades, the standards of beauty often did not include Black women. In fact, these standards were frequently defined by men, overlooking the unique beauty of women. For a long time, Black women strove to meet these unrealistic standards, which they could never truly achieve since they cannot change their skin or features overnight.
Now, we are boldly loving and embracing the beauty we possess as Black women, reclaiming ownership of trends that other cultures have appropriated and made acceptable in the mainstream. Join these professional makeup artists for an intimate conversation about beauty, Black beauty, and what it means to be part of a movement that is now helping to set the standards for true, real beauty inside and out.

She's Well Workshop
Self-care has evolved from a trendy buzzword to a vital practice that encourages us to intentionally allocate time in our busy lives for activities that foster our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Engaging in self-care can encompass a variety of experiences, from enjoying a rejuvenating spa day that invites relaxation, to participating in regular exercise that energizes the body, or embracing healthier eating habits that nourish us from within. Taking this time for ourselves is essential, as it not only enhances our overall mood and self-esteem but also empowers us to show up more fully and authentically in our daily interactions and responsibilities.
For Black women, exploring the intricate connection between mind, body, and soul is particularly important. It enables us to recognize the unique challenges we face. By prioritizing our self-care, we cultivate a deeper sense of resilience and strength, equipping us to better navigate the complexities of life while nurturing our inner selves creating a holistic approach to well-being that honors our journey.
